The past year marked significant growth and momentum at Jasper. With the launch of new programs and partnerships, enhanced amenities and greater event participation, 2025 showcased Jasper’s continued success. Residents celebrated meaningful milestones while discovering new ways to connect and engage.

This annual report highlights the shared dedication of residents, partners and the Jasper Community Life team in shaping a vibrant and welcoming community.

Community Growth

Superb Food Co.

The Cafe and Bar + Grill continue to attract Jasper residents and visitors. Net sales increased 24% from the previous year, reflecting strong demand. Liquor sales began in May and accounted for more than 29% of annual net sales.

Starting in December, a new outdoor tent created a cozy space for customers.

Builder partners

Home sales continued despite challenges in the market. Builder partners Capstone Homes and Mandalay Homes closed on 32 homes in 2025. ECCO Homes launched in June and sold seven homes in 2025.

The Flats at Jasper

The Flats at Jasper, a single-family rental community located within Jasper, had a busy year. Their team gave 314 tours, received 139 applications and had 124 move-ins.

Fun Facts

This year, Superb Food Company served up: 4,837 black angus bistro burgers,1,704 salads, 7, 245 draft beers and 1,138 margaritas. New menu items include: Cacio e Pepe Chicken Wings, Turkey, Apple and Boursin Sandwich and the BBQ Beef Bulgogi Bowl

Signature celebrations

Jasper’s signature celebrations brought the community together in memorable ways in 2025.

Legacy Day (May 9) drew 342 attendees to celebrate Jasper’s history. Residents gathered to listen to tunes from Flashback, snap a photo strip with Vintage Photo Co. and play games on the Grand Lawn. Four neighbors recognized as Jasper Gems were gifted a keepsake hat.

Fall Frolic (Sept. 20) welcomed 412 attendees to the Grand Lawn for live music by Wheelhouse, face painting, pumpkin decorating and inflatable games. Nine contestants vied to be this year’s Chili Champion, judged by 29 of their neighbors. A seasonal feast and exclusive beer sampling were available for attendees to enjoy.

In December (Dec.19), Holiday Spectacular featured tours through six resident homes. The 357 tour attendees were treated to in-home caroling experiences by the Dickens Carolers. Santa stopped at the J Club to listen to Christmas wishes, where attendees could walk among the holiday lights, get a drink at the Superb Winter Wonderland and run the gingerbread obstacle course. Community connections

Building relationships is at the heart of Jasper. Welcoming programs, resident-led activities and opportunities to connect create a strong sense of belonging and camaraderie.

Jasper Juniors

Focused on fun and creativity, these monthly activities offer kids the chance to explore new interests and build friendships within the community.

New Neighbor Mixers

These gatherings are a casual introduction to life at Jasper, giving new residents the chance to meet neighbors and learn about all the community has to offer.

Resident-led clubs

With a growing number of clubs to join, residents are finding more ways to connect over shared hobbies and interests. Five new clubs were formed in 2025: Bingo, Trivia, Tennis, Sit and Sew, and Veterans Coffee.

This dedicated group ensures every new Jasper resident feels at home, personally greeting them and providing them with resources — and a welcome gift — to jump start their new

Jasper Gems celebrates residents who go above and beyond for the Jasper community or the greater Prescott Valley area. Throughout the year, four inspiring resident highlights were shared on the website and announced in Life in the View e-newsletters.

Dog park renovation

Jasper’s resident dog park had its grand re-opening in July, celebrating exciting upgrades for dogs and owners. The project reflected Jasper Eco Dev’s investment in an amenity that is highly valued by residents.

The Dog Park Committee contributed significantly by collaborating with the Community Life team to organize the project. The members’ input played a pivotal role to innovate a plan for a more enjoyable dog park.

Improvements included:
• New turf and trees
• Enhancements to the design and gate
• Agility tires for pups to exercise

Signature programs

These cornerstone initiatives are designed to educate, inform and empower residents, fostering stronger connections within the community. Each program offers unique opportunities for engagement and collaboration, ensuring residents feel valued and supported.

Architectural Review 101

Designed to streamline the process for exterior home and landscape modifications, these workshops offer residents tips and guidance to ensure smooth project approvals.

Developer Updates

Regular updates keep residents informed about Jasper’s growth and vision, fostering
transparency and trust between the community and its developers.

Jasper Leadership

Empowering residents to step into leadership roles, this 10-month program fosters personal growth, community collaboration and a deeper understanding of Jasper’s operations.

• Class 2 = six members
• Nine sessions on topics including discovering your personal values and learning from community leaders
• One group service project initiated. The group project focused on developing a networking group to enhance connectivity within the nonprofit sector in Yavapai County, enabling organizations to share resources and reduce the duplication of services.

Enrichment

Enrichment programs are designed to inspire curiosity and lifelong learning. These programs bring residents together through unique opportunities to explore new ideas, celebrate local heritage and learn from experts in various fields.

Educational Speaker Series

Designed to inspire and inform, this series features experts sharing valuable insights on topics like health and wellness, personal development and community activities.

Heritage Series

Celebrating the rich history and culture of Prescott Valley, these events bring the community together through engaging activities that honor the past.

Fitness upgrades

A fitness focus group was formed to help guide updates to the Fitness Room and Movement Studio. Members of the group offered suggestions on how to maximize the available space and provided recommendations on fitness class additions.

A twice-weekly high-intensity interval training class was introduced after a six-week training workshop was offered. An evening aquafit class was introduced, ensuring members have a diverse range of classes available.

Collaborating with local government leaders and neighboring communities, Jasper brings diverse groups of people together for memorable experiences at the J Club.

Philanthropy in action

Through Jasper Trailblazers, the community demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting local non-profits. By partnering with organizations that address critical needs, residents are empowered to make a meaningful impact in the quad-cities area.

In April, Jasper hosted a Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon to celebrate the dedication and contributions of nonprofit organizations. Organizations were able to connect with residents and outstanding volunteers were recognized for their selfless giving.

Key partnerships:

  • Real Hope: Residents donated toys for local families at the Holiday Spectacular.
  • Yavapai Food Neighbors Project: Volunteers collect food from neighbors’ doorsteps every other month to stock local food banks and food pantries.

New Trailblazer partners in 2025:

  • A Safe Place of Prescott Valley: Serves people experiencing homelessness through street outreach and a drop-in center open three days a week. Residents donated items at the Fall Frolic event.
  • Yavapai Humane Trappers: Rescues abused and abandoned dogs and cats, arranges vet care, provides food and places them in forever homes throughout the community.

Facility use

Fitness programing

Fitness programming continues to evolve, guided by resident feedback and demand for additional classes. In May, HIIT Fitness transitioned from a six-session workshop to a twice-weekly offering. Water Aerobics led the way with 1,265 attendees.

The resident website, or hub, is a one-stop resource offering an abundance of Jasper-related information and tools. Registering for events, submitting an architectural review application, governance info and more are available at your fingertips. distinctive look of Jasper is maintained. The operations team reviews submitted applications alongside the architectural review committee.

The most requested modifications included rear yard landscaping packages, shade structures and pergolas.
