Marlo Dykeman is the visionary executive director who brings a strategic and collaborative spirit to Jasper Community Life. In her role, she leads all aspects of Jasper’s growth, from team development to partnership building, ensuring the community thrives at every stage. 

With a background in non-profit leadership recognized a shared mission: fostering community impact and engagement. This alignment inspired her to join Cohere and lead the Jasper Community Life team at this foundational stage. Ultimately, she’s helping build a legacy for residents, current and future.

What Marlo enjoys most about her role is seeing Jasper’s progress, from executing strategic goals to nurturing relationships across the community. She finds it rewarding to balance the diverse perspectives and needs of Jasper’s stakeholders while keeping Jasper’s greater vision intact.

Among her proudest achievements is launching Legacy Day 2023, Jasper’s first major community event, and initiating the welcome committee and Jasper Leadership program.
