As Jasper’s Senior Community Operations Manager, Sandra O’Clock ensures the community runs smoothly. She oversees day-to-day governance, board matters, architectural reviews, community standards, and financial management. You can often spot her on the property or leading workshops to connect with residents.
Managing relationships in a growing and diverse community like Jasper can be challenging, but Sandra’s empathetic approach helps her understand residents’ needs. She believes in being authentic, approaching needs sensibly and above all being respectful when dealing with others.
Sandra brings a wealth of experience to her role with accreditations in development, design, construction, and asset management. She holds real estate licenses in Arizona, Colorado and California, along with designations from the Community Associations Institute as a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and Associations Management Specialist (AMA). She’s also a licensed notary public.
When Sandra isn’t “on the clock” in Jasper, you’ll find her and her hubby out and about exploring Arizona and spending quality time with their six children, 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren keep them young and full of joy.

Hometown: Scottsdale, AZ, the West’s Most Western Town
Family: Like the Brady bunch with three girls and three boys, with Grandma Alice as the family matriarch. And 6 siblings and 18 nieces & nephews, family gatherings are never dull.
Pets: One very spoiled senior dog Bolton, a sixteen year old Husky WaWa – looks just like a Husky, but pint size like a Chihuahua. Also, two African frogs, Lilybeth & Tadpole.
