Aaron is now Jasper’s Amenity & Engagement Manager and the Community Life team’s go-to for getting residents connected to their new community. He lends a hand with both engagement and operations matters, and supports communications by verifying residents for website access. As an ambassador, he played an integral part in getting residents signed up for the new website. Because of his determination, diligence, and attention to detail, he was recently promoted to serve the community with additional responsibilities.

In his new role, he will take the lead on implementing an ambassador training program. You’ll still see Aaron’s smiling face around J Club assisting residents, which happens to be the favorite part of his job. 

Aaron has lived in the Prescott Valley area for five years and shares his home with his wife, two daughters, and pet cat. He enjoys a balanced social and family life and is passionate about two things: his family and sports. He loves to watch them all and encourages his girls to play.

His biggest inspiration comes from his mom and the way he was raised. He looks to leave a legacy for his daughters, making decisions and choices now that they can benefit from in the future. His greatest wish is to see them spending time loving life.

When Aaron is taking a break from sports (and work), you can find him watching “Return of the King” from the Lord of the Rings movie series. He is currently listening to “I Feel it in the Wind” by Smith and Thell.
