Recapping Jasper's Holiday Spectacular
Jasper’s Holiday Spectacular: Homes for the Holidays event brought residents together for a day filled with joy, connection, and festive cheer. With perfect weather setting the stage, 259 residents (from 108 households) toured the community, celebrating the season in true Jasper style.
Highlights along the tour
Participants received a tour map to explore seven beautifully decorated host homes and builder models by Capstone Homes and Mandalay Homes. Along the way, festive treats, visits from carolers, and a surprise guest appearance by the Grinch kept spirits bright. Those who completed the tour earned a special Jasper ornament keepsake to commemorate the day.
Festivities at J Club
The heart of the celebration was J Club, where residents gathered to:
- Enjoy appetizers by Superb and live music.
- Snap photos with Santa and (an occasionally mischievous) Grinch.
- Mingle with friends and neighbors in a cozy, festive atmosphere.

Giving back
The event also supported a toy drive for Real Hope, Inc. Thanks to residents’ generosity, three full boxes of toys were donated to brighten the holidays for local families in need.

An overwhelming 94% of participants rated the event as excellent, with many describing the holiday spirit and community camaraderie as unforgettable.
