The power of partnerships
Jason Gisi and Rick Radavich
In the latest and final installment of Jasper’s Developer Update podcast series on partnerships, Executive Director Marlo Dykeman sits down with long-time partners Jason Gisi, Jasper Eco Dev’s president and CEO, and Rick Radavich, owner of Prescor Builders, to reflect on the evolution of Jasper and the meaningful relationships that shaped it.
From the beginning, Jasper has been anything but conventional. Jason and Rick first began discussing the project back in 2015, bringing a vision to life that aimed to raise the bar for what a Prescott Valley community could be. With Jason leading land acquisition and Rick focused on design and engineering, their collaboration has been defined by mutual trust, innovation, and adaptability.
Throughout the conversation, the pair share insights into the behind-the-scenes work that goes into building a community — from zoning and securing water to grading roads and managing weekly construction meetings. They also reflect on the pride they feel in Jasper’s success and the quality of homes now standing where there was once only a vision.
Their message is clear: Jasper was designed with intention, built on trust, and continues to evolve with its residents in mind.
"Jasper was never meant to be just another subdivision — it was meant to be better. And that vision has come to life because of strong relationships and shared goals."
-Jason Gisi, president and CEO, Arizona Eco Dev
