Jasper residents were invited to listen as Jason Gisi of Jasper Eco Dev LLC (JED) updated residents on what’s new in the development of Jasper. Jason also entertained questions from attendees on hot topics such as water and road connectivity.
Here are the key takeaways from the presentation. Watch the video for detailed information on these topics.
Timelines for future phases
Phase 3 with its spectacular views and location against permanent open space is expected to have lots available in summer of 2024. Phase 5 will likely start after phase 3. Phases 2 and 2B are currently being sold.
Connectivity to major roads
Jasper Parkway will eventually connect to Hwy 69 where there will be a Jasper monument sign. Alcoma Avenue will connect Jasper Parkway to the Tuscany neighborhood.
Where does Jasper's water come from?
Jasper Eco Dev LLC applies for a Certificate of Allocated Water Supply (CAWS) through the town of Prescott Valley for each phase of development in Jasper. As part of this process to obtain the CAWS, assurance of the supply and availability of 100 years of water has to be demonstrated. The Arizona Department of Water Resources oversees a supply and demand analysis and creates strategies to address imbalances. There is no reason to worry about Jasper’s water supply in the near future.

J Club concerns addressed
Fire pits
Fire pits are turned on to create a warm atmosphere for patrons to the Bar + Grill. The operational cost of them being turned on will not have an impact on member dues.
Hot tub
Community Life is monitoring usage of the hot tub during the cooler months. There are no plans for a cover but seasonal hours of operation and could change based on usage.
Bar + Grill and outdoor dining
Additional heaters were added to the patio to keep patrons comfortable while dining outdoors. There are no current plans to enclose the area or build an indoor dining space. Jasper Eco Dev LLC continues to monitor the situation for future opportunities.
