New Resident Resources

Just moved in? Welcome home! To help make it easier for you to acclimate to life in your new community, we’ve compiled this list of tasks and resources.

Do this right away

Register for this website

Once approved, you can view resident-only content on this site. Plus, you'll automatically receive Jasper's resident-only emails.

Set up auto-pay for your assessments

If you're a homeowner, set up auto-pay through the assessment payment portal to ensure you don't miss a payment. There's even an option to pay by credit card, if you'd like.

Request J Club access

If you're a J Club member, be sure to request your mobile pass for the amenity. You can request access for your household members, too.

Trash & internet

Trash and internet services are billed monthly with your JCA assessment payments.

Waste Management is notified when you’ve closed on your home. If you haven’t received your trash bin(s) and it’s been more than five business days since you closed on your home, email us at jasper@coherelife.com to let us know.

Sparklight is Jasper’s internet provider. If you have questions about your service, find your account number and call 877-692-2253.

Add an icon to your phone

iPhone/iPad: Access the website through Safari, then tap the share button (a little arrow pointing up) and tap “add to home screen.”

Android: Access the website through Chrome, tap on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner, tap “add to home screen” and then tap “add automatically.”

Resources

After you’ve settled in, review these resources to help you get better acquainted with your new community.

Homeowner assessments

Part of owning a home in a planned community is paying assessments to preserve and enhance shared spaces in Jasper.

Architectural review

The individuality of your home is key to neighborhood character, but we all have different tastes and styles. The architectural review process provides consistency in the quality of exterior home modifications that Jasper residents wish to make.

Community concern form

As a resident, you can help keep your new community in tip-top shape by reporting issues that affect the whole community, like community landscape, amenities, and compliance.

Just fill out the community concern form — you can even include a photo, if you have one that will help.

Resident-led clubs

What’s better than connecting with others who share your interests? Jasper has a host of resident-led clubs to fit most interests. If you don’t see one that catches your eye, start one yourself and we’ll help spread the word.

Community governance

There’s a nonprofit entity in place whose purpose is to maintain the vision and integrity of our community: the Jasper Community Association, or JCA for short.

Community standards

Jasper has specific community standards on the books to keep your community (and your property value) desirable now and into the future.

Renting out your house?

If you plan to rent your Jasper house out to someone else, you or your property management company must fill out the new tenant registration form each time a lease is signed.
