It’s time to swim

If you’re ready to cool off, relax and hang out with neighbors, J Club’s pools, hot tub, and sundecks are ready for your enjoyment.

Before you head for the sun and fun, we want to remind you to keep the J Club rules in mind. Safety is vital, especially around water. We know that J Club members take pride in the amenities, environment and resources, and we appreciate your diligence when it comes to pool and hot tub rules and safety.

Please abide by the guest policy of no more than four guests per household.

A few rules to note

Outside food and beverage are prohibited on J Club premises. You are permitted to bring a bottle of water with you to the pool but leave the cooler at home. There are water fountains at both pools and  refill stations inside the J Club.

If you’re ordering from the Bar + Grill, make sure you enjoy your food and beverages at a table or lounge chair. Drinks, including bottled water, and food cannot be consumed while in the pools and hot tub.

Please leave pool toys and floats at home. This includes items like sunbathing floats, footballs, beach balls, water guns, water balloons, etc. Pool noodles are allowed for aquatics classes or floating needs.

All ages are welcome with these provisions:

  • Children under the age of 14 must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Swim diapers are required for children who are not yet toilet trained (rubber pants recommended as a double layer of protection).
  • Due to health and safety reasons, children under the age of 4 should not use the hot tub.

Keep pool gates closed and don’t prop open. This helps prevent non-members from accessing the amenity and keeps little ones from running in without supervision. Make sure the gate is fully closed when entering and exiting.

Smoking is prohibited on J Club property. This includes the pools, hot tub, sundeck, patio and sports courts.

Read the J Club rules and access agreement for a more thorough listing of the dos and don’ts. Pool specific rules begin on page 7.

We need your eyes and ears

We — your Jasper Community Life team — will roam the amenities on various shifts during pool season. Our top priority is to engage with residents and their guests to make their experience memorable, positive and safe.

You, too, can help us create a safe environment. If you see something suspicious, like someone hopping the pool fence, report it to the Prescott Valley Police Department by calling their non-emergency line at 928-772-9267. If you notice anything out of place, damaged, or not functioning properly, please alert a staff member or submit a community concern form. And, of course, if there is an immediate threat of bodily harm or property damage, call 9-1-1.

J Club’s amenities are an extension of your home, and together, we can ensure our J Club members continue to enjoy this shared space now and for years to come.

How do I access the pools and hot tub?

J Club members use a cell phone app — Brivo Mobile Pass — to unlock the pool gates, the same app used to access the fitness room and movement studio. If you’re a J Club member and haven’t yet requested your mobile pass, fill out the J Club access request form and we’ll get you set up in the system.
