Reflecting on 2025
Triggers in the economy have affected buyer appetite and timing, urging subsidies to cover costs. Despite fluctuations in trends and inflation, Jasper is well positioned in the marketplace.
Phase 5 opening
Phase 5 is anticipated to open by the end of March, delivering at a time that aligns with market conditions and is already drawing interest. While timelines have shifted, model production and subdivision completion will happen concurrently to help make up delays.
New horizons in 2026
Assessment increases allow for the ongoing maintenance of current assets while planning for capital improvements with intentionality. The board and developer consider resident requests and thoughtfully navigate priorities.
With new phases being developed within existing infrastructure, better development time and decreased pricing to finish lots are expected in 2026.
Activating J Club
Engagement has grown at J Club, keeping residents and non-resident members active. The management team continues to evaluate new opportunities.
Dining is an important focus, with a new tent soon to be installed at Superb Food Co. Additional upgrades will be on the radar going into the future.
