Global impacts and development

Global events continue to affect the market in 2026, requiring patience and adjustment. The developer’s long-term outlook for Jasper remains positive. 

Phase 5 progress

Phase 5 models are open, with the timing of future lot development depending on market conditions. Phase 5’s offerings were intentionally designed around proven, attainable price points that have performed well in the market.

Town agreements and development

Jasper continues to move forward under long-term agreements with the Town of Prescott Valley that guide infrastructure, water and roadway development. Residents interested in learning more may review the town development agreement through the town’s public records.

Roadway connectivity

Jasper Parkway will continue north to connect with Dells Ranch Road in Prescott. Currently the project for the northern connection is scheduled to start this year.

Capital improvements

J Club capital improvements include the addition of a heater in the second pool to support growing resident use and year-round amenities. Onngoing reinvestment into J Club spaces is intended to support long-term resident experience as the community continues to grow.
