Assessments

How to access your account

Use the assessment payment portal to access your account and view your outstanding balance, make payments, download statements, etc.

How to pay assessments

Set up auto-pay through the portal

Skip the reminders and let your payments handle themselves. Set up automated payments through our secure payment portal and never worry about missing a due date or updating your amount if fees change.

Pay by credit card

Set up automated or one-time credit card payments — and you could earn rewards from your card. A 3.65% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

Or set up ACH

Set up ACH to automatically pay your monthly assessments from your checking account.

Other ways to pay

Through the portal

You can make one-time payments through the portal by credit card (for a 3.65% processing fee) or from your bank account (for a $2.99 processing fee).

Through your bank

If you opt to pay by check or send payments through your bank, payment must be received and posted to your account by the 15th to avoid late fees. Be sure to give your bank or the post office extra time to get your payment to us.
