Community Service Trailblazers
Community Service Trailblazers was created to inspire residents and community partners to join forces to in an ongoing commitment to philanthropy in our own community and throughout the quad-cities area.
The purpose of Community Service Trailblazers is to explore and deeply understand the issues, needs, and opportunities that exist for giving back to the greater community and to provide meaningful hands-on opportunities for Jasper residents to make an impact.
With these intentions in mind, a Community Service Trailblazers campaign is coordinated in partnership with local organizations so that Jasper can make a deep and meaningful impact in the community. It’s a way for residents of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to serve the greater community alongside their neighbors.

Alzheimer's Association
The Alzheimer’s Association is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing research, providing care and support, and raising awareness to end Alzheimer’s and other dementias.
Heartland Ranch
Heartland Ranch offers a safe haven for abused and trafficked children, transforming lives through structured support and creative growth. They nurture resilience and self-worth by engaging children in hands-on activities and counseling.
Pedal Forward
Pedal Forward gives bicycles to youth in need, offering more than just a ride — it’s a path to opportunity. Their mission is to empower the underprivileged and inspire youth to embrace the joy of cycling, setting them on a course for a healthier, happier future.
People Who Care
People Who Care provide free transportation and non-medical services to adults in the quad cities who cannot drive due to aging, disability, or vision loss.
Prescott Meals on Wheels
Prescott Meals on Wheels is committed to helping older adults in the community maintain independence and avoid food insecurity by providing fresh, nutritious foods. Volunteers help pack meals and deliver them to individual homes.
Prescott Valley Public Library
The Prescott Valley Public Library is a vibrant community resource offering access to books, digital media, educational programs and community events. They’re committed to lifelong learning and engagement by providing spaces for creativity and discovery for residents of all age.
Prescott Valley Food Bank
Prescott Valley Food Bank is dedicated to alleviating hunger and food insecurities. Through food distribution programs, community partnerships and volunteer support, they provide essential resources to individuals in need.
Real Hope
Real Hope, Inc. rescues edible food to minimize waste and support for those facing hunger. They bring essential resources, education materials and aid to communities in need, ensuring food security and support during natural disasters.
Village of Hope
Village of Hope provides a home and services for pregnant women and their unborn children. By creating an individualized care plan, women work towards self-sufficiency, life skills and parenting skills.
Yavapai Food Neighbors Project
The Yavapai Food Neighbors Project was started in the quad cities area to make it easy for people to donate food to local food banks. They adopted a simple, door-to-door food collection system to enable people to pitch in.
United Way of Yavapai County
The United Way of Yavapai County (UWYC) is a dynamic nonprofit dedicated to uniting people and organizations to strengthen communities across Yavapai County. UWYC invests in outcome-based programs addressing critical needs including youth education, financial literacy, healthcare, and food insecurity.
A Safe Place of Prescott Valley
A Safe Place of Prescott Valley serves people experiencing homelessness through street outreach and a drop-in center open three days a week. Those in need can receive support including showers, hot meals, clothing, food and hygiene items, outdoor survival supplies, on-site advocates and a chaplain, and help connecting to services.
Humboldt Education Foundation
The Humboldt Education Foundation supports students and teachers in the Humboldt Unified School District. The organization oversees programs including the Hungry Kids Project, backpack drives, scholarships and teacher mini-grants. Its efforts benefit students across the district in Prescott Valley.
Animal rescue
Yavapai Humane Trappers
Yavapai Humane Trappers rescues abused and abandoned dogs and cats, arranges vet care, provides food and places them in forever homes throughout our community. Available around the clock, YHT travels to help animals that other rescues cannot.
How to get involved
Jasper residents
Register as a Community Service Trailblazer volunteer and get connected to upcoming service activities. Volunteers meet quarterly to discuss involvement opportunities and plan activities.
Local non-profit organizations
If your organization is in need of volunteers or participants for events and fundraisers, submit a partnership request form. Activities can be one-time projects (such as participating in a run/walk fundraising event) or ongoing opportunities (such as packing food at a food bank). It’s a great way to get involved with the Jasper community.
Once your form is received, a member of our Community Life team will be in touch.
Any request to host a donation drive or fundraising activity at J Club will need the approval of the Jasper Community Association board of directors and the developer, Jasper Eco Dev. Allow up to four weeks for approval.
We do not allow soliciting or the exchange of funds on J Club property. If you’re request is approved, any donation must be a tangible item or through a direct link to the beneficiary’s donation site.
