Autumn energy comes alive
With a storm rolling past just in time, Fall Frolic set off to pleasant September weather. At least 412 attendees ventured on to J Club’s patio and grand lawn, excited to share in celebration.
Kids and parents embraced creativity at the pumpkin painting station. Festive faces shone from the face painting booth to the inflatable fun house. Across the lawn, adults enjoyed local flavors at the beer tasting stand.
As groups eagerly lined up for food, the chili cook-off winners were announced from the stage. Stephen Galloway took first place with a recipe that delighted the judges.
A season of giving
We were honored to invite Suzanne and Mike Zywanski to share the mission of A Safe Place on the Fall Frolic stage.
A Safe Place of Prescott Valley supports people experiencing homelessness with outreach, a drop-in center, basic needs and connections to services. See the list of needed items here and learn more on their website.
Festive foods were favored
Superb Food Company served a bounty of seasonal, savory dishes. From the porchetta to the hot zeppole dessert, it was a feast to behold. Folks were grateful for the variety of sides, including gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Neighbors danced into the night
All ages showed off their dance moves to the tunes of the Wheelhouse band. Friends joined hands joyfully, while kids leaped with enthusiasm. The lineup of hit songs created a mood of pure enjoyment.

Event survey feedback
Immediately after Fall Frolic, we sent out a survey to registered attendees. We invited feedback for the Community Life team, to make next year’s event even better. Out of 44 responses, 74% rated the overall experience as excellent.

- Restructure food lines for quicker service

Thanks to our team of Ambassadors, the set-up and tear-down of Fall Frolic went smoothly. Amenity and engagement manager Aaron Serdar led the way, coordinating this big, beautiful event.
